Setting Up Intent Detection

1. Create Intent Detection Campaign

Intent Detection is going to allow your chatbot to understand the user’s queries and act on intelligence according to their intents.

So, first you have to;

  • Go to AI Assistant section in Bot Manager
  • Then Click on CREATE option which can be found near "Select Intent Detection Campaign" option

2. Configure Bot Flow Trigger

Bot Flow Configuration

Set up automated responses by linking intents to specific bot flows. For example, create an order tracking flow that activates when users ask about their orders.

Example Configuration:

  • "Where is my order?"
  • "Can you track my order?"
  • "What's my delivery status?"

3. Set Up Agent Assignment

Configure automatic routing of complex queries to human agents. This ensures seamless escalation when AI assistance isn't sufficient.

Technical Support Example:

  • "I'm facing a technical issue"
  • "Need help with bug fixing"
  • "Software not working properly"

5. Enable Intent Detection Trigger

Start by enabling the intent detection trigger in the AI Assistant section. This will reveal the 'Select Intent Detection Campaign' option where you can define user intentions.

  • Access the AI Assistant section
  • Enable the 'Enable intent detection trigger' option
  • Use List, Create & Refresh options to manage campaigns
